Compounded peptide therapy is generally not covered by insurance. Pricing is transparent and per-cycle. HSA/FSA eligibility varies by plan, and itemized receipts are available on request so you can submit to your administrator.
Pricing depends on the protocol your physician prescribes. Every plan is one charge per cycle, with no subscription, no autoship, and no membership lock-in. Your card is pre-authorized at checkout and only charged after your physician approves.
