Our Mission

We Help Your Body Work With You — Not Against You.

Most options stop at the surface — a pill, a kit, a piece of vague advice. Protocol MD goes deeper. Peptides work with your body's own signaling — repair, energy, hormones, sleep, focus — and we track how you respond, so your physician can adjust your protocol to your goals.

  • 01

    Treatment at the Source

Peptides work directly with the systems your body already runs — repair, energy, hormones, focus. No masking the symptoms.

  • 02

    Real Prescriptions

Every protocol is prescribed by a US-licensed physician in your state. No questionnaire-and-ship.

  • 03

    503A Compounded

All medications are made in US 503A compounding pharmacies — patient-specific, US-sourced, US-regulated.

Physician-led, Experienced Clinicians

Real Medicine, Designed Around Your Goals.

Every protocol starts with a quick assessment — your goals, your health history, what you've already tried, and a safety check for anything that would rule peptides out. A US-licensed physician reviews your case and prescribes the right combination of peptides at the right dose for you.

From there, your care evolves with you. We follow up, watch how you respond, and adjust your dose if you need it. Not one-and-done. Not a kit. Not a guess.

Origin

Why We Built Protocol MD.

We started in a brick-and-mortar clinic in Scarsdale, New York. The people who came in looking for peptide therapy were the same kind of patient, over and over.

They'd been to their primary care doctor. The doctor didn't have peptide experience and couldn't prescribe. They'd looked online and found a hundred "research-grade" vials sold for $40 with a disclaimer that said "not for human use." They'd looked at telehealth — Hims, Ro, the rest — and none of them touched real peptide therapy. They'd looked at premium men's clinics and walked away because of the price, the travel, or the in-person commitment.

So they came to us. We treated them. They got better.

Protocol MD is what happens when you take that clinic and put it online. Physician-designed protocols, made in a US 503A pharmacy, prescribed by doctors who actually know peptide therapy, delivered to your door — without the markup of in-person concierge medicine or the risk of buying vials from a shipping container overseas.

We don't sell peptides. We design protocols. The compound is the ingredient. The protocol is the unit of value. That distinction is the entire reason this exists.
