Cancellation & Subscription Terms
Last updated: May 10, 2026
This explains how billing, cancellation, and any recurring plans work at ProtocolMD.
Per-cycle billing
ProtocolMD bills per treatment cycle. There is no long-term contract and no membership. After a cycle ends, it is your choice whether to start another.
Recurring (subscription) plans
If you enroll in a recurring plan, we clearly show the recurring price, the billing interval, and your renewal date before you enroll, and you give explicit consent at checkout. Your card is then charged automatically each billing period until you cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime in your patient portal under Account, then Subscriptions, or by emailing care@protocolmd.com or calling (914) 222-2990. To stop your next charge, cancel at least 2 days before your renewal date. There are no cancellation fees.
What cancellation does
Canceling stops all future charges and shipments. It does not refund a cycle that has already been billed and shipped — see our Returns & Refund Policy.
Changing your plan or shipping
To change your plan, shipping address, or delivery timing, update it in the patient portal or contact support at least 5 business days before your next ship date. Any change to your protocol or dose is made by your physician.
